It was an amazing experience. The staff that got us ready was incredible. Thank you for the amazing experience. One thing I didn't like is that the prices were different according to size. So if you're heavier, you pay more. That's the only thing I truly did not like. Make sure you go early as you have to return the kimono by 5:30.

以前別店舗で会計ミスがあったり私物の髪飾りを店のものと間違えて回収されてしまったり。あまりいい思いをしたことがありません。

I love this place. The ladies are so very kind, helpful, communicative and are always there to help you. Highly recommend!

All the staff were lovely and the service was very good from the moment I came in,I was very impressed.There were many beautiful kimonos to choose from as well as various accessories.The hairdresser was gentle.My head didn't hurt and I’m very comfortable.Overall,I really liked it.I was very impressed with wearing the kimono and for first time too!
