The people here are soooo nice and took good care of me and my boyfriend while dressing up and doing my hair! They accommodated us even with no reservation but will be better with reservation. They are also very close to the Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise shopping street. If you are planning to go visit, I definitely recommend them. They are located at the 9th floor and there is an elevator available on the left side of the entrance.

Great place with great options :) Hiroe was also kind & helpful in selecting my outfit! Would definitely recommend to book in advance for better outfit rental rates. Basic bag, Japanese clogs, hair styling & accessories are free. Clogs sizes are available for larger foot too however best to come earlier for more selection & feet comfort. Tip: take pics with clogs then change into comfortable shoes to dress for the whole day

期待していたお店のサービスと、実際に受けたサービスがあまりにも違って、とてもがっかりしました。まったく行くべきではないお店です。 外国人だからといっても、日本ではどこへ行っても日本人の方々は辛抱強く、相手が理解できるように丁寧に説明してくださるものだと思っていました。 15時30分頃にお店へ行きましたが、「予約をすれば割引になる」ということも説明されませんでした。浴衣スタンダードは税込みで5300円もしました。選んだ花柄も色がくすんでいて華やかさもなく、期待はずれでした。 さらに、追加料金もかなり高く取られました。 会計の際にも「17時30分までに返却しなければ、延滞料金2200円がかかる」という説明は一切ありませんでした。 私は16時20分頃に着物を着てお店を出ましたが、17時36分にお店から電話があり、「延滞料金を支払わなければならない」と言われました。本来なら、返却時間に間に合わない場合、事前に（少なくとも17時30分前に）連絡をくれるべきです。 実際にお店へ戻ったのは17時37分で、その時点で2200円の延滞料金を請求されました。こうした対応は、事情をよく理解していない人に対して、まるで騙しているかのように感じました。
