Very friendly staff and beautiful kimonos. Foreigner friendly, although speaking a little Japanese definitely helps.

They are very kind and accommodating to foreigners. They give very cute recommendations without pushing a more expensive option. They have a large variety of clothing, hair and bag styles. I would highly recommend.

Incredible experience, they give great recommendations when you don’t know what to pick. I have curly hair and it difficult to manage sometimes and they did a terrific job and were very patient, kind, and helpful. If I’m ever in Japan again I will come here. The prices are also very reasonable and all the accessories, bags and kimonos themeselves are just so stunning. Thank you!:)

浴衣レンタルで利用しました。 当日グレードアップが可能だったので、スタンダードで予約しました。 新作や柄の可愛い浴衣を選んだり、帯飾りを付けたり、帯の種類の変更、帯の結び方の変更、髪飾りの変更などで追加料金が多かったです。 最初予定していた料金とは、だいぶ変更しました。 店内はきれいで、人が少なくゆっくり浴衣を選べました。 店員さん達もとても丁寧、気さくでお話を楽しめました。
