Highly recommended!!
The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Osaka station, yet the price is reasonable.
The staff was so kind and attentive. I was running late as couldn't find the location yet they were welcome and empathetic. To get here, you need to get into the mall, then take the escalator to go down (pics attached).
The kimono itself was beautiful, I got lots of compliments wearing it. Definitely will book this place again if I want to rent kimono in Osaka.
